Return Policy

 

 

We accept returns within 10 business days from date of purchase. 
 
Any items  purchased for less than regular price, marked as sale price, are considered sale items and can be returned only for an in-store credit.
 
Items must be returned in original packaging, and with tags still attached to ensure a refund/in-store credit. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
 
If you have purchased an item that is non-refundable and need to do an exchange, please call us and we will let you know the correct process for making a return.
 
All sales are final on items marked “non-refundable”. 
Items identified as a "final sale" are not returnable.
 
All sales are final after 10 business days. 
 
All sale items are considered a “final sale”, although we can exchange for a size, if available.
 
Holiday merchandise is a final sale as of the date of the holiday. This includes tutus. 

Tutus are exchangeable only for a different size or color. We do not refund for these items, no exceptions.

 

We are unable to accept returns on items that were damaged while worn, shrunk in the wash, or did not hold up well after being worn. 
 
Please allow 30 days for processing of returns. If you have not received a refund or credit within that time, please contact us.
 
If you return an item for exchange and the requested size is not available, an in-store credit will be issued. 
 
Returns arriving 10-30 days after the order will be for store credit only. Items are not eligible for return after 30 days from the date the order was placed. 
 
If your order qualified for free shipping, and after your return the total amount drops below the minimum qualification for free shipping, the shipping fee will be subtracted from the amount of your return. 
 
Orders shipped with free shipping will have our standard shipping charge subtracted from your purchase credit. Orders shipped with gifts and/or promotions will have the value of this gift/promotion deducted from your purchase credit.
 
 
Please call or email before sending items for exchange. We need to ensure we have the same items and can put them on hold pending the arrival of your exchange merchandise.
